LineageOS for Podofo / XYAUTO SM4250 head units

Private development workspace for the source-built LineageOS 23.2 / Android 16 port and the supporting XYAUTO head-unit applications, MCU bridge, ADAU1701 DSP, QN8035 FM radio, CAN decoder, recovery and hardware research.

Start with WORKSPACE.md for the repository layout and CURRENT_TASKS.md for current priorities. Durable technical records live in docs/ and agent handovers in handoff/.

Clone

The device/product integration is maintained as a submodule on the device/lineage-xyauto-bengal branch of this Forgejo repository:

git clone --recurse-submodules \

For an existing clone:

git submodule update --init --recursive

The full Lineage source checkout, build output, Android SDK/toolchains, firmware images, device backups, credentials and flashable PGM packages are deliberately excluded from Git. They are large, generated, device-specific or sensitive and must be restored separately. The device repository contains the product files, patches and dependency metadata needed to reconstruct the source integration.
